Slicers always seem to be used at the report level, not the figure level. They COULD be used at the figure level, but they would take up more real estate than the figures they control.

In traditional Excel, I’ve used a Combo control to specify the figure number I wanted to change, and then used other Combo controls to make those changes. But Form Controls are essentially deprecated, and they don’t work with pivots.

So, suppose that I have ten figures in a report. I’d like to use one slicer to specify the figure to change and then use other slicers to change only the specified figure—while leaving the other nine figures unchanged.

Can anyone suggest a way to do that with slicers?
